The most common cases where it seems that users cannot login correctly with their Google Ads account are the following:

  • Your Google account is not an advertiser's account. In this case, check the email you’re using to login and make sure it is the same email that you have your advertiser’s account associated with. You might be trying to login with a different email that doesn't contain any Google Ads accounts.


  • Not authorized. In this case, the email you’re using to login does not have  enough permissions. It seems that you are not an admin on this Google Ads account and for that reason, it doesn't let you connect it. You can fix this error by asking the admins of that account to make you an admin and then you wouldn't have any problems.


  • Already managed for UI access. In this case, the problem is that your Google Ads account has reached the limit of managers and for this reason, it wasn't possible to log in successfully to the application. We recommend you to go to Google Ads interface, click on Tools & Settings > Set Up > Account Access > Managers and check your linked managers. If there is someone that you are not currently using you could update the list and try again to log in with our app.
